  • why aren't you doing the thing God called you to do?
    Nov 16 2024

    Send us a text

that thing God called you to do—why haven’t you started it yet?

if you’ve been feeling convicted about putting off what you know He’s asked of you, i get it - but i'm encouraging you to not drown in excuses

    what i talk about:

    • why we make excuses for not acting on God’s calling
    • how we often prioritise comfort and logic over obedience
    • the reality of surrendering to God’s plans, even when they’re inconvenient
    • trusting His timing and leading, even in small steps
    • scriptures that remind us of our purpose and God’s desire for our obedience

it’s time to stop overthinking and start moving in faith. God’s calling is intentional, loving, and full of purpose, but it requires us to step out, trust, and act.

i pray this episode encourages you to listen to His voice, set aside the excuses, and pursue what He’s put on your heart.

you are SO purposeful. in fact God created you on purpose, for a purpose. so you’ve got this, and God’s with you every step of the way.

  • americans - your divide about politics is not biblical.
    Nov 9 2024

    Send us a text

homegirls... this week i am hurt.

this episode dives into a topic that’s been weighing on my heart and i feel like it would be wrong to ignore: politics. particularly american politics.

the recent election has stirred strong opinions - fine. it's opened people's eyes to their opinions - fine. but what it's also done is that it's caused anger and divide within not just the world but the body of Christ.

it’s easy to let political preferences create division where there should be unity. but here's the truth – the divide we see isn't biblical.

    what i talk about:

    • why no political figure or party should be placed above Jesus
    • how idolatry can creep in when we let politics consume us
    • why unity in the body of Christ matters more than winning an argument
    • how to navigate political differences with understanding and love

as believers, we need to lead with love, compassion, and the reminder that our faith binds us more than any political stance.

let’s learn to listen, understand, and keep our eyes on the One who is above it all. i pray this episode helps you reflect, reset, and put unity in the body of Christ first 💕

  • why don't you have christian friends?
    Nov 2 2024

    Send us a text

so many of us want christian friends, but when we look around, we’re either alone or surrounded by friends who aren't following God.

this episode dives into the real reasons behind that, from where we’re spending our time to how open we are to finding and keeping those god-centered friendships.

    what i talk about:

    • the importance of community in faith and why christian friendships matter
    • how building christian friendships goes beyond just attending church
    • the impact of being around people who challenge and sharpen us spiritually
    • personal experiences of finding friends who are different from me but who help me grow closer to Jesus

true friendships aren’t about perfection but are built on the promises of God and a true reflection of His desire for us to be in community. i pray this convicts you and gives you a good perspective on moving forward 💕

  • are we using God to elevate ourselves?
    Oct 26 2024

    Send us a text

hey homegirls! in this episode, i’m getting real about something i see a lot in our culture – how easy it is to use God as a way to elevate ourselves, rather than truly seeking Him for who He is.

it’s everywhere, and honestly, i get it.

deep down, a lot of us crave recognition, approval, or success, and a lot of the time we bring these desires right into our faith to the point where it's not even about our faith.

    here’s what i talk on:

    • the ways christian culture can promote a surface-level, self-glorifying faith that misses the point
    • how social media is accustoming us to blend worldly desires with our faith, sometimes more than we realise
    • realigning with God’s purpose over our own, seeing worship and growth as ways to know Him deeply, not just ways to succeed

this episode is for anyone who may be treating faith like a self-glorifying booster rather than a humble refining experience with the Most High. i pray it helps you to take a step back, reassess, and grow closer to God’s true purpose for you 💕

it’s about making Him your lifestyle, above all the noise.

    here’s what i talk on:

    • keeping God in focus daily – meditating on Him above sin, idols, and worries
    • learning how to enjoy God’s presence even when life feels ordinary
    • shifting from surface-level faith to one that’s consistent and rooted in trust

if you’ve ever struggled with keeping God first amidst life’s distractions, this one’s for you.

  • when discipline becomes self-righteousness
    Oct 12 2024

    Send us a text

hey homegirls, this episode is a REAL one.

i’m getting honest about something that’s been on my heart lately – how discipline, when not rooted in God, can slip into self-righteousness.

i delve into my personal journey of rediscovering my purpose, especially in content creation, and the challenges i’ve faced trying to balance my discipline with my faith.

    here’s what i talk on:

    • the struggle of relying on my own strength vs. God’s
    • how fear and pride can sneak into our efforts, even when we think we’re doing the right thing
    • the tension between being stressed out like martha and surrendering like mary

i also talk about how the Holy Spirit has been working on my heart, reminding me that success in God’s eyes isn’t about numbers or output but about obedience and trust.

if you’ve ever felt frustrated when things don’t seem to align – even when you're working hard – you’ll definitely relate to this one and gain some perspective 💕

here are the scriptures i mentioned in the episode...

    scriptures on seeking God:

    • Matthew 6:33
    • Hebrews 11:6
    • 1 Chronicles 16:11
    • Jeremiah 29:11
    • Matthew 7:7-8

    scriptures on purpose

    • Romans 8:28
    • Psalm 138:8
    • Pslam 57:2

  • things they don't tell you about finding a man of God
    Oct 5 2024

    Send us a text

    Hey homegirls, I'm baaaack.

I wanna first off apologise for not posting this last week - I got back from Portugal early hours of Saturday morning and I was EXHAUSTED. Not to mention, my week was busy in general but I'll fill you in more next week.

So here is the episode I meant to upload last week - we'll be back on track from now 💕

    But onto the episode...

There's so much talk about finding a man of God - but not a lot of practical discussion. I've learned a lot, made mistakes and thankfully ended up in a loving relationship with my boyfriend, Nas.

In this episode, I go into...

    • Qualities that make a godly man and it’s MORE than just sharing the same faith
    • Navigating the challenges of submission, patience, and communication as a woman
    • Why it’s important to look for a man who’s committed to spiritual growth and emotional availability

I also touch on some personal reflections, like what it means to find someone who respects your purity and supports your spiritual walk.

    Spoiler: it is NOT easy.

This episode is all about breaking down the myths and highlighting the real qualities to look for in a godly partner.

If you’re on the same journey, I hope this helps guide you along the way <3

  • is self-love biblical?
    Sep 21 2024

    Send us a text

girlllllll. this is a top i know none of you wanna talk about but we have to talk about it!

the world is so heavily consumed with self to the point where it's beginning to literally seep into christian culture. but why? is this God's plan?

and on a surface level, self-love is the very thing you should have as a human. surely that's a completely innocent, good thing that God would want you to have. well... it's more complex than that.

in this episode, i'll be talking about...

    • how thinking too heavily of 'self' can impact you
    • idols and why putting yourself as an idol is the worst idea ever
    • why Jesus' love is better than our love

it's one of those topics where it sounds hard hitting and overwhelming, but when you truly know God's heart on it, i pray it takes the weight away.

God wants the very best for you, and leaning on yourself to provide yourself the best simply isn't HIS BEST <3
