    hi, lovely people! thank you for being here! i hope all is well. this topic is one of great importance to me after some realisations. i feel like there is a lot that can be learnt from moments of silence that we take for granted or simply refuse to acknowledge. i had a profound and thought-provoking conflict in my mind for about a week before gathering my thoughts and sharing them here. i don’t really know why i’ve become so passionate about this, but it’s probably the effects that silence has had on me and learning not everything requires noise. silence is okay! it is necessary! feel free to share your thoughts, ides and opinions by tweeting @thehnbnpodcast and emailing thehnbnpodcast@gmail.com. i’m wishing everyone a prosperous and happy new year! i’m sending my love! byeeee.
