New Ways for Listeners to Sync, Search, and Discover on Audible

We’re always looking for new ways to enhance the Audible experience for both customers and creators to better deliver on the stories that speak to them. These recent and updated features are designed to help customers discover their next listen and stay immersed in the stories they love.

Keeping the Story Going, from Print to Audio

With immersion reading in the Audible app, customers can read highlighted text as they listen to support deeper focus, comprehension and retention. We’ve continued to expand our suite of Read & Listen features with Page Sync in the U.S.

In 2025, millions of Audible customers purchased both the audiobook and print editions of the same title. Page Sync is designed for these customers, enabling them to scan a page from their print book and instantly resume listening at that exact moment to the audiobook in their Audible library. The feature is currently available for more than 800,000 English-language audiobooks, with more titles across more languages on the way.

Get Personalized Search Results with Maven

Since launching Maven, Audible’s AI-powered audiobook expert, we’ve found that its conversational discovery is 17 percent more successful than traditional keyword search. With our latest update, listeners can now engage more deeply with Maven to find new titles they’ll love.

Whether searching for a super-specific subgenre or looking for a general vibe, customers can describe it to Maven in natural language or select from suggested prompts—and those tailored recommendations will be pinned directly in the app’s home page.

Take a New Look at More Titles with Video Clips

With in-app video reels for customers in the U.S., users have the option to swipe through short clips for listening inspiration. As we’ve seen that customers are 40 percent more likely to find a title of interest with these reels, we’re expanding the experience to include more than 100 videos and counting. Scroll down the app’s home page for a carousel of personalized video collections from new and popular titles, including trailers, author interviews, and special behind-the-scenes content.

Use Claude to Spend Less Time Searching and More Time Listening

By adding Audible’s interactive connector in Claude, users of Anthropic’s AI assistant can get audiobook recommendations. Ask for a good romance series or audiobooks to get inspired on a run and Audible will propose six titles right within the chat, no separate sign-in required.

Each recommendation appears as a card featuring the title, cover art, author, duration, and customer rating, with a link to see more details on Audible. Listeners can also preview titles directly in Claude. Currently, the integration supports English-language content from Audible’s U.S. marketplace catalog and is available in any country where Claude is supported.

With these launches, we’re making it easier for customers to discover and engage with their favorite and soon-to-be-favorite listens.
