I couldn't finish listening to this with a female main character and female point of view and the heavy accented male narration voice just I couldn't do it and couldn't finish the book I hope the story is good but I could not finish listening to it with that narrator

First off the storyline is so weak. It’s missing so many basic key elements of basic werewolf life that it just pales into comparison agains other novelist of the same genre. The choice of narrator…oh dear god. Maybe pick someone that doesn’t sound so dry. Not to mention the thick country accent is very distracting. It was like having a father figure read you soft porn. So hey if you have daddy issues. This narrator is for you.

I think that it would have been better off if a woman would have never waited this book it was kind of strange having a man with a deep voice married a young girl.

The narrator was very good and would be amazing reading any book that is not written from a young female perspective.
The book, itself lacks much of the detail to make one really get to know the characters. It seems very unrealistic that two entire communities (packs) live out in the woods completely undiscovered by society, but some folks go into town to get supplies and everyone else does basically nothing???? They want to run from their packs, but never leave the forest and integrate into regular society. Odd story, very simplistic. I would not recommend.

need somebody else to tell the story and it should be a female since this is being read from a female perspective. his voice alone makes me not want to listen to the rest of the story
