thought the storyline was a little corny not to mention overdone. what characters were a little annoying not to mention not only boracity and living backstage about her unnecessary I don't think it was worth $13

Story was ok for a fairly quick read/listen but felt the characters needed better development and the narration could have been better. Really love listens when there are dual narrators. It was hard to differentiate who was talking sometimes since there were no voice changes.

This was one of my favorite listens from Mrs. Ryan so far! The slow burn of Hayden and Emery really was just the story I needed to get out of the funk I was in. This was witty, fun, funny, and hot! The plot was catching and had me from the very beginning of the book. I didn't want to stop listening! The narration was spot on!

While I didn't love the book, I did like it enough to take it at surface value. It was fun, and I liked that the main characters grew from friendship to falling in love. I doubt it could've worked any other way for the hero. The story is fast-paced and funny, but the narration left much to be desired. The voice distinction between male and female was absent so you need to listen closely so you always know whose perspective you are in.

Kendall Ryan has written a hot, thrilling and fun story that will have you panting for more. Great characters that you feel you know and grow to love. The story has elements of fun, humor, chills and very, hot sex. This one has it all! I loved every word and want more... it is that good! Thank you to Kendall for each book, as I have loved those I have read (2 or 3 so far) and am a huge fan of her writing. She is a master of this genre and is able to touch our hearts while you thrilling us and ticking our funny bone as a bonus. Awesome!

Enjoyed this book, however it was predictable and lacked some depth I felt. Hayden Oliver is your typical hot as hell man whore with a scarred past that keeps him from relationships. Owner of many building complexes, he's made his way through the single females living in them. When a complaint comes in to his partner/best friend Hudson, he tells Hayden to keep it in his pants and out of his tenants.
Then Emery moves in and he struggles with his confines when all he wants to do is screw her six ways to Sunday! Trying to stick to his agreement, he decides to become friends with Emery.
Emery, who has had her share of crappy boyfriends has sworn off men. She has just moved to start an internship and to pass her bar exam. After meeting Hayden, she knows she has to stick with her plan, even though her body is screaming for the release only he can give.
As they embark on their friendship, learning more about one another, they begin a routine and then feelings start to become involved....
Will Hayden be able to overcome his past to be with Emery or will they both end up Screwed?

You will definitely want to be SCREWED by Hayden!

If u are into a independent woman with a man fawning all over her, this is a good book for you. I wish he was a little less of a push over doing whatever she wanted and never getting it reciprocated but it was a fast read and sort of cute.
I’ve listened to several books narrated by Ava Erickson and she always does a really good job.

There were some parts were I had to cover my ears a bit, because Hayden and Emery were saying quote a few cringey things. Overall, the story was pretty good.
