Publisher's summary

Auctioned off to an alien war chief, destined to have his babies....

On the Planet Kyrzon, powerful warlords compete for the right to breed with a human female. As a fertile young woman, Cleo is to be sold to the highest bidder.

Chief Drokal’s fearsome strength and iron will have allowed him to dominate his rivals, but now he seeks the one thing he can’t conquer in battle: a mate.

Cleo is too busy putting her skills with technology to use in human territory to worry about being sold to a savage war chief, but when her auction day arrives, she has no choice but to step up to the block.

And that’s when one thing becomes terrifyingly clear:

Chief Drokal can’t take his eyes off her. He’s going to bid whatever it takes to claim her.

...And then he’s going to make her pregnant.

If you like your romance action-packed, steamy, and set in a well-developed sci-fi universe, then this is your kind of adventure! Join Cleo as she becomes mated to the most powerful chief on Planet Kyrzon, earns the respect of his warrior clan, and takes her place as his queen.

This is Book 1 in the Kyrzon Breeding Auction sci-fi romance series. No cheating, love triangles, or cliff-hangers. Happily ever after guaranteed. Each book in the series follows a different couple, and can be listened to as a stand-alone.

Great story

Loved the story and how her knowledge saved them in the end. And Cleopatra found true love!

Good.

Even though I enjoyed story, relationship development was waaaay too fast for my taste. After some days acting like many years together. At some points main character-woman seemed too naive, but thinking about her back story, it's just how it should be.
Anyway, author got me into waiting for next book to come!

My sincere opinion

Loved the story. Enjoyed the romance as well as the dirty talk. Paranormal science fiction and extraterrestrial love between Humans and the rest of the Universe can be extraordinary.

Lame

The narrator was really emotionless. It was a difficult listen so I won’t be buying the other books.

Story was fine narrator was awful

I have listened to many audiobooks. The narrator here didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, like she was new I was unable to finish, listening to the book and had to finish the book on Kindle version just because I couldn’t keep listening.

Disappointed

I had read another book by this author and thought it was good enough to give this a try. This was disappointing. The story has serious flaws. There is no growth in the characters. She is happy one day and ready to leave the next. I get she was pissed but there weren’t enough offenses to let you think that she would just walk away. Then there is how she just walks away. There is no fear that the tribe will attack the humans after she goes back. She essentially violated their treaty.

The narrator wasn’t a good fit either. Every time she spoke as the main character she sounded like she was yelling. Then for another character it sounds like a loud whisper. It was annoying.

Save your credits. This one isn’t worth it.

Formulaic, predictable and trite

If you’ve ready any alien romances you’ve read this one. The characters are just that, stick figure stick characters. Nothing wrong with some fluff, but this was just air.
