About this listen

I want you to be my first.

Class is now in session.

Mr. North didn’t sleep with students. Everybody knew it because every girl in school was at least a little bit in love with him. Including Nova Monroe.

Mr. North was perfect, big and gorgeous, a former college football player turned high school coach, he was a hunk as well as a studious professor.

No one could look at him and not crave his approval.

She wanted his approval. But above all, she wanted his attention.

Nova was a problem for him; his most vexatious student.

She offered him her virginity on a silver platter. Taking what she offered would destroy his teaching career, moreover, it went against everything he believed in, but he’d never wanted anything more.

When he finds out she’s homeless, he offers her a place to stay. They end up living together, and things get even more out of hand. Can he resist her? Or will he risk it all and give in to temptation?

RK Lilley has become one of my favorite authors in this genre. I first read her work, a series titled "Up in the Air". Some of the characters from that series make cameo appearances in Lourdis and Heath's story, "The Other Man". Both Heath and Dair, from that story, have small parts in Carter and Nova's story in "Teacher's Pet". A new character was presented in that book, Turner, who is the protagonist in the next book I just bought, "Tyrannt".
I like the continuity of characters from one book to another in each of the semi-related stories. I also enjoy the frequency of sexual encounters of the main characters in each story, while the plot development is substantial and satisfying.

I'm becoming a bigger and bigger fan of RK Lilley's semi-related books set mostly in Las Vegas.

Enjoyed this listen. Great performance by narrators. Cute and steamy story. Folks complaining about the female love interest’s age (18) should have read the blurb. High. School.

Fun, steamy age gap student teacher romance

This was a great listen! I love a good age gap and the characters were fun. Narration was great too!

Super Steamy Story 🔥🔥🔥

My first book from this author and it was fricken delicious! The narration was good especially Aiden Snow's HAF voice is always so good.💋 The storyline was a bit angsty, childhood drama, age gap conflict, teacher, student love story, 18yo consensual sex, it does end with a HEA and a surprise.😍 Is it worth the credit? Oh Yes Pet!😘

I searched high and I searched low and I could not find the story. I have to admire the narrator for being able to read those badly written, repetitive sex scenes. Up in the air is one of my favorite series. But Teachers pet is scraping the barrel.

Desparate

I've listened to almost everything this author has done and it's like this was a forced book. Just very little effort into a practically nonexistent story that really needed to work with this kind of subject matter. Instead it was just plain ridiculous and made me wonder if narrators ever just give up when what they're reading is so over the top BAD. Even when the characters from the other books make an appearance they are so hyperbolized they're a stereotyped shell of what they once were. It's like the book was an unwanted assignment that had a deadline so it was just kind of thrown together. Just skip this one and let the Vegas world and its beloved characters remain untarnished.

This isn’t healthy for young girls to read. I didn’t get too far before it was too uncomfortable to read.

Female character is too young.
