About this listen

New York Times best-selling author Keri Arthur wields a pen that drips with unrestrained sensuality.

In this sexy paranormal romance, Riley Jenson - she of vampire blood and werewolf instinct - is on the hunt for evildoers. As alluring as she is deadly, Riley sets her sights on two imposing serial killers. But when the immortal Quinn joins the hunt, all bets (and possibly Riley's clothes) are most certainly off.

Loved it!

Despite the fact that there is a different narrator for this single book it didn't distract! I enjoyed it as much as the others. I loved the story!

Narrator changes are not good

I hated the change in narrator, not terrible though. Just Angela Dawe is Riley Jensen

After listening to the 1st 5 books with the same voice it was a bit of a shock to hear someone else...

Seems like it went on & on....

I didn't mind the narrator, however I will say I'm not a fan of changing narrators in a series. I'd prefer they use the same narrator for an entire series! The story itself seemed to drag on compared to the previous ones. I don't know if that's because the narrator changed or if it was the actual story, I almost stopped listening but decided to push through in hopes the next book picks back up! (I'll let you know).

It was ok

I wish the narrators wouldn't change. Some have better voice changes of the characters than others.

Horrible narration, WHY???

I love this series and as with other authors/characters, you get a feel, for said characters after listening to them with the voices provided by the narrator. It can make or break an audiobook IMHO. This is book 6 so why on earth introduce a totally different narrator now? She is soooo dry and boring that it ruined the story line. The only reason i come back and listen again is this is the point Riley and Quinn get together again on a serious note.

I love this book!

Keri Arthur fills this story with the COOLEST supernatural beings and the dialog made me feel like I was really in the world they live in. The narrator has an Australian accent which is perfect as the story takes place there. Its a mystery, a romance and a fantasy with rich characters and an entertaining plot. There's some steamy scenes but not so many it detracts from the story. The heroine is a werewolf so it would be pretty "Twilight-ty" (bland) if there wasn't some sex! I would highly recommend this book and feel it was well worth the money and time.

Bad narrator :(

Its too bad the same narrator wasn't used in The Darkest Kiss that was used in The Full Moon Rising. This narrator was boring and monotone. Story line was ok, but not nearly as good as the Full Moon.
