I gotta say, this quickie was super spicy and gave a solid foundation to the series. I'm interested to see where it goes from here. I didn't feel like I was shorted anything by the length of this novella, and will definitely move on to the next one. I love the push and pull between Adam and Dani.

Overall opinion:
I need more of this ASAP!! The writing was done very well. It kept me engaged and left me wanting more. Dani and Adam are two characters that are very interesting and at very intriguing points in their lives. This book has an age-gap, small-town, summer-fling feel to it and I couldn’t be more impressed with the detail added to this novella! Talk about STEAMY!!! If you are looking for a quick read, this is the one to pick up.

Review: This Novella was short and spicy!! Dani, a broke 25 year old moved back in with her parents for the summer and Adam, a recently divorced 40 something year old hottie is renting her aunt’s lake house for the summer. They aren’t looking for anything serious, so they figured they would have a summer fling and they do. But things get complicated and feelings arise. Will it lead to something more? I’m excited to see where the next one takes them and how they will navigate getting their lives back on track in the real world. The spice scenes are really good and I appreciate that. The spice starts on chapter 3 which I can also appreciate 😉 If you are looking for something with a summer fling, age gap, and instalust, this one’s for you!! I can’t wait to read more of Dani and Adam’s story. This book is on Kindle and KU.

Quick to get spicy, fast to fall in love and ending with some drama that makes you wonder what will happen next! I absolutely loved Dani and Adam.

The voices for this audible are amazing and fit perfectly with the characters. As always, Serena’s books and audible is perfection!
