The demon...

I've been fighting my own demons for most of my life. The alcohol seems to numb the pain, but it never makes the nightmares go away. All I want in life is a little peace. When I met my angel, it felt like I found it, but there is so much standing between us. Why does she have to be so young?

The demon's angel...

Meeting Drake was the best thing ever to happen to me. I found my friend, my soul mate. But he lets my age stand between us. There is something that haunts him, and I selfishly want to be the one who helps him conquer his ghosts. If he would just let me in, let me closer, I think I could help him.

I am loving this rocker series

This is the third book of this rocker series. You probably could read this alone. But I wouldn't suggest it. I would suggest reading the whole series. Is so you get to meet all the guys? And everybody who's in the series. Drake's book is quite incredible. Cause he's probably the most troubled I. Would think. An alcoholic with a troubled past. Falls in love. What more can I say? The journey that he takes and that she ISIS incredible. These books, each one has their own journey. But I kinda like this journey it. And had you glued with all the things that were going on I. Recommend the entire series, not just this book.

So So Amazing

In this story we get Lana and Drake's story. both of them have had to fight for the happiness they have. Not only in their own lives but as a couple as well. There are so many things that happen in this book that will have these characters being ones you will want to listen to again and again. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone

Best of the series so far

I liked how Lana gave Drake peace, and he loved her so completely. I also like books where the couple has to be tested several times and have angst. Perfect narration.

Mixed feelings

I really love this guy and I sympathize with all he has been through and overcome but man I hate how young his girl is. But love the band family and the narrators!!

NUMBER 3 " GREAT "

Loved it. I'm hooked on this series. I have listen to the first 3 in this series so far and I can't wait for the next book. As far as I am concern everyone of the books have been excellent. Give them a listen and discover for yourselves.

My favorite...

This was the highlight of the series for me. It's emotionally painful at some points but worth every angst.

Another great addition to the Rockers series!

Loved this book. The timeline on this one backtracks but then speeds through certain aspects covered in the previous book. As with the previous books we have then likable men of Demon Wings and the women who love them. My one complaint about the book was that it gets a little angsty with some stupidity on the part of the characters. Overall though I consider this a fine addition to the series.

Loved this story!

This audiobook was really entertaining to listen to, being the third book in this series. The hero, Drake, is an alcoholic guitarist in the band Demons Wings. He has problems coping because of things that happened to him as a child. But when he meets Lana, sister to Layla from book 2, he finds that he has a new thing to self-medicate with- her company. Part of the problem is that when he first meets her she is 17 and he's 31, so he feels they can only be friends. After Drake makes a big mistake at Jesse and Layla's wedding, Lana decides to go to college 3000 miles away from Malibu in NYC. The story is very emotional and deals with the topic of alcoholism well. Narration was very good.
