I’m going to be honest, from the summary of this story, I didn’t know what to expect with this story.

So this is telling the story of Patrick, and how he became a vampire, and how he tells this story to his hookup Wendy. Due to the limited time, the story did move pretty quickly, but for a short story, that was okay for the most part. It did seem like Wendy did make decisions rather quickly, but again likely due to the nature of the story line.

The story did open rather quickly, and it took quite a bit of time to learn that the main character was a guy named Patrick, so I wish that was introduced sooner. I prefer reading MF or MM relationships in stories, so just to make this clear to everyone that this is a MF relationship.

Overall, 4 stars. Just needed clarity at the beginning, and maybe more of a transition into the story.
