Alistair is a founder, bestselling author, and conference organizer. He co-founded web performance pioneer Coradiant, as well as the Year One Labs accelerator. He has launched and chaired some of the world's leading events on network performance, cloud computing, big data and AI, and digital government. Alistair is the author of four books, including Managing Bandwidth (a definitive text on QoS and network performance); Complete Web Monitoring (one of the first books to tackle social media monitoring in depth); and the bestselling Lean Analytics (which has been translated into more than 10 languages, and is widely considered required reading for startup founders.) He's also served as a Visiting Executive at Harvard Business School, spoken on stage in more than 20 countries, and lectured on numerous campuses in North America and Europe.
