Alix Rowland combines over thirty-five years of business and real estate expertise with three decades of yoga, meditation, and Asian philosophical training. Co-founder of Team North Star, she’s now semi-retired from real estate, focusing on merging her business acumen with her passion for Asian wisdom. In 2023, Alix co-founded Meditation Studies Initiative based in Germany, a business-to-business meditation training company. An assistant professor at Sedona College of International Management, she is the author of Seeds of True Success: Grow Wealth and Well-Being Through Teamwork. Alix and her business partner, Janice Sanders, launched Seeds of True Success in 2021, a platform that emphasizes the “Seed System” approach for personal and professional fulfillment. Passionate about environmental stewardship, Alix serves on the Board of Directors of SkyHarvest, a non-profit focused on ecological restoration in Arizona. She lives and plays with her family in Durango, Colorado.
