Andrew Crossley grew up in Australia before travelling overseas and working for 12 years around the world in wealth management. He returned to Australia in 2005 and wanted to help people create wealth through property in a lower risk manner to which people had been doing. It has been a culmination of 20 years experience that has lead to Andrew wanting to write a book which, unlike most others on property, it has no vested interests or biased suggestions. His book tackles the fundamentals of why most people have not succeeded in property, fear and not knowing who to trust. Andrew is a qualified Property Advisor and provides independent advice through Australian Property Advisory Group. He is also a qualified mortgage broker, financial planner, estate agent in Vic and NSW and holds masters degrees in Business Administration, Commercial Law and Commerce.
