I became comfortable with death at a very young age. When I was 13, I lost consciousness and left my body. Growing up, I was very prone to strep infections. So much so, that my parents had gotten tired of taking me to the doctors every time my throat hurt. So, when I was 13, I hid the fact from my parents that, in late spring, my throat began hurting. During this time, I became so sick, that my fever reached 104.8°. I remember lying in bed, closing my eyes, and just floating away. I saw my body in my bed, and watched as my parents picked me up and carried me to the car, at that moment, I encountered a white light that was so calming and peaceful that it took me by surprise. Because the light was so bright and reminded me a bit of what it felt like to look directly at the sun, I recall thinking to myself, “Why don’t my eyes hurt from staring at this light?” While I stared into the light, I began communicating with it. While some people may categorize this type of communication as telepathy, I would not, because the communication all took place through my heart chakra and was more focused on feelings and emotions than words. When I returned to my body, I remembered every moment of that encounter and the profundity that came along with it. Although I had had experiences with the other side of the veil before, this particular one, none of those previous encounters were with the energy associated with the white light. And since that white light encounter, I have encountered several high-frequency energies that have had messages pertaining to death and how we—as humans—would be able to make that transition seamlessly and peacefully.
