(mostly because the cover illustration had a young modern girl with flaming red hair leaning over a mummy in a sarcophagus) The story wasn’t long, but it had a time traveling Egyptian prince and a plucky strong willed girl who both came together to solve the mystery and save the day. It inspired her. These days Anne works in the unsexy world of HR and at night she writes love stories. A far cry from being an Egyptologist but she can always revisit that plucky girl and Egyptian prince anytime she wants.
