Dr. Anne Dranitsaris, a dynamic and highly sought-after Behavioral Change Therapist, Executive and Leadership Coach, and Consultant, has been transforming lives for over 40 years. Her work, whether in private practice with individuals and couples or her coaching practice with senior leaders, has been instrumental in helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals. In the 1980s, Anne pursued a rigorous 6-year Diploma Program at the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy. There, she delved deep into the works of Karl Jung and other pioneering psychoanalytic and developmental theorists. While building her psychotherapy practice, she earned her Ph.D. in Therapeutic Counselling from the Open International University for Alternative Medicine. Anne's passion for Jung's Psychological Type Theory has not only led her to become a Certified Practitioner of the MBTI® but also to integrate it into her psychotherapy and coaching practices. She applies psychological types in clinical practice and organizational settings, using them as a powerful tool to help individuals and leaders better understand themselves and others. Her expertise in this area has earned her recognition as one of North America's top experts. Dr. Dranitsaris’ approach to helping people achieve their potential is truly unique and eclectic. Drawing from various schools of theory and practical disciplines, she weaves a tapestry of Psychodynamic Therapy, Self-Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Neuropsychology. This holistic, psycho-educational therapeutic approach considers how childhood conditioning and brain organization influence thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. She guides clients in identifying limiting behavior patterns, developing greater insight and awareness, and adopting life-enhancing behaviors. Anne's personal journey has profoundly influenced her work. Her relationship with her business partner and daughter, Heather Dranitsaris-Hilliard, whom she gave up for adoption at birth and reunited with when Heather was 27, has been a source of inspiration. Their shared passion for helping people achieve their potential led to the creation of their first consulting business, Sage Developmental Resources, which later evolved into Caliber Leadership Systems. During a hiatus in their partnership, Anne founded the Centre for Mindful Therapies, a space dedicated to exploring the integration of mindfulness into her individual and group psychotherapy and coaching practices. An article by Anne in "O" Oprah Magazine, Who Are You Meant to Be? inspired Anne and Heather to co-author their first book, "WHO ARE YOU MEANT TO BE? – A groundbreaking, step-by-step approach to identifying and achieving your true potential." It also led to the development of the Striving Styles Personality System® (SSPS®), a neuropsychological approach to discovering and developing one's full potential. The SSPS® is a comprehensive tool that provides deep insights into an individual's unique strengths and challenges, offering a roadmap for personal and professional growth. This proprietary psychometric assessment and system help individuals understand brain development and overcome self-protective behaviors that hinder the realization of their Authentic Self. To further support leaders, Anne and Heather authored "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN LEAD: A Guide to Developing Leadership Authority and Potential," which serves as the foundation for their leadership development programs. These programs, which are designed to be highly interactive and experiential, cover a wide range of topics, including self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. They are available online and can be customized to meet the specific needs of their clients, ensuring a tailored and impactful learning experience. In 2020, after extensive research into archetypes in human consciousness and the archetypes of survival, Anne wrote "POWER PAST THE IMPOSTER SYNDROME: A Brain-Building Framework for Changing Painful, Self-Limiting Beliefs & Habits of Mind." This book, along with the POWER PAST THE IMPOSTER SYNDROME PROGRAM, an 8-week online course, is designed to help individuals understand and overcome self-defeating behaviors and habits of mind associated with Imposter Syndrome. The program provides a structured and supportive environment for personal growth, offering practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately. Anne has recently published "Become Who You Are Meant to Be in Your Personal Life”, a comprehensive guide for those experiencing imposter syndrome or seeking profound personal transformation. This guide covers a wide range of topics, including self-discovery, practical exercises, and expert insights, guiding readers toward their true potential. It addresses unconscious fears and fosters the development of their Authentic Self. It covers every aspect of growth, from overcoming developmental delays and self-protective behaviors to reshaping neural pathways for a life of purpose and authenticity. This is Book One of the Become Who You Are Meant to Be Trilogy. Books Two and Three will be released later this year. Anne resides with her husband Blake and their dog Pixie on one of Ontario's picturesque lakes just northeast of Toronto, where she continues to inspire and guide individuals and leaders toward their fullest potential. You can get access to other resources, podcasts, and developmental resources on her YouTube channel, Dranitsaris-Hilliard.
