As a parent of three lovely adult children, Artemas J R Broyles has traded the Friday night lights for Saturday afternoon sunglasses, in the role of a supportive marching band parent. With 20 years in the medical profession and the children grown, Artemas decided that it was finally time to pursue her passion for literature. When Artemas asked her closest friends to help her tell others who she was, this is what they had to say: Artemas is a warrior. Not covered in armor but carrying the same scars. She has dedicated her life to paving the way for others, whether it has been through her ‘day job’ or through her many hobbies and interests. She isn’t the type of person who ever questions putting family and loved ones first. Strangers don’t exist and EVERYONE is equal regardless of their beliefs, gender, or heritage. Artemas does everything 100% or not at all. The obstacles she has faced in life have never stood in her way for long and don’t tell her she can’t because she will. Artemas has always had a passion for literature and willingly shares it with others.
