I have worked as a leadership and life coach for over 20 years with individuals and teams in a wide range of organisations. I specialise in helping people build gravitas, presence and inner confidence, and I have designed and run numerous resilience, leadership and culture change programmes for businesses, often speaking and running workshops on these subjects too. It's my years of field work with clients, research and and my personal work as a human being, that have led to the development of the tools, tips and techniques that I share in the ‘art of enough’. My credentials include a first-class English & Drama degree (London University), a masters degree in Adult Learning (City University), an advanced diploma in coaching and Fellowships of CIPD and the RSA. I am a registered senior practitioner with the EMCC (European Coaching regulator), a Heart Math accredited coach and part of the Coaching Constellations systemic coaching teaching faculty. At the start of my career, many moons ago, I trained and worked for eight years as an actor and I am able to bring much of what I learned in the theatre to my practice now - especially when it comes to managing state and building presence. I blog and write regularly about The Art of Enough - because I think it really matters - for you, your work and our world.
