My Journey as a Chronicler of Life A Life Between Cultures and Perspectives Living in various cultures has profoundly shaped my worldview. Not just traveling, but particularly a prolonged period in a distant land has given me deep insights into different ways of thinking and life realities. Encounters with people from diverse backgrounds have taught me that every perspective is valuable and that the bigger picture often only emerges from the interplay of different viewpoints. These experiences shape my books – stories that entertain, encourage, and offer new ways of thinking. Between Research and Fiction – Non-Fiction & Crime Novels I am fascinated by the hidden structures behind the obvious – societal dynamics, psychological mechanisms, and the subtle nuances of human behavior. This fascination drives my intensive research, from which non-fiction books emerge that make complex topics tangible, shed light on backgrounds, create discussion bases, and offer solutions. Yet, pure factuality often does not suffice to capture the full emotional and human core of a story. Thus, many of my research findings find their way into crime novels and thrillers, where reality and fiction blend. The focus is not solely on suspense – it's about motives, decisions, and the consequences of human actions. Stories that Connect Generations A special inspiration comes from my collaboration with my granddaughter. Through her, I see the world with new eyes – full of curiosity, wonder, and playful ease. This perspective is reflected in my children's books, where friendship, courage, and the power of imagination play a central role. Young readers are encouraged to trust themselves, recognize their strengths, and find creative solutions to challenges. More Than Writing – A Way of Life For me, writing is more than just a craft – it's a way to organize, understand, and share insights about the world. It means raising questions, seeking answers, and taking readers on a journey – whether into the depths of social issues, the dark world of crime literature, or the imaginative adventures of children's books.
