Brenda Robertson Del Monte is a Speech-Language Pathologist and an assistive technology evaluator and facilitator, who has worked with people with disabilities for over 20 years. Her passion has been working with people who are not functionally verbal and use communication devices to help them communicate specializing in working with those with complicated bodies and therefore have limited ways to access augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Her driving belief is that each one of us is here on purpose and for a purpose, and that belief drives her ability to see the beautiful hearts and brains inside those with significant physical disabilities. Brenda is also a Co-Founder and President of a nonprofit (501c3) Believe Beyond Ability that evaluates, determines, provides, and trains those with multiple disabilities on assistive technology to increase independence and access activities of daily living.
