Brett Shaffer is an author and teacher, born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He has a BA in Elementary Education and Special Education. He is a writer of fantasy for teens and young adults and his debut young adult fantasy novel, A Flower Amidst the Flames, following a young princess assassin, is available on Amazon and a sequel is on the way. He currently lives in Boise with his partner, tuxedo cat, and bearded dragon.
