Throughout his career, Brian has been committed to serving and collaborating with Christian organizations. He began at North Central University, where he discovered the profound impact of faith-based institutions on students’ lives while working within the Student Life division. He then spent 12 years serving at Geneva College before ending his tenure as the Vice President of Student Development, where he provided strategic leadership for student programs, services, and athletics. Prior to joining FaithSearch Partners, Brian spent five years as a consultant, guiding Christian organizations through staffing challenges and organizational development. His experiences allow him to bring expertise in shaping organizational culture, fostering leadership development, strategizing executive-level hiring strategies, optimizing team dynamics, and enhancing educational management practices. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Higher Education with an emphasis in Educational Leadership. Brian enjoys navigating life’s adventures alongside his wife Sara and their four children, Toby, Zoe, Levi, and Mira. They currently call The Woodlands, TX home.
