Brian Sanders is passionate about leadership. Serving as the Executive Vice-President of Positive Alternative Radio, he leads the team that runs five of the most award-winning and fastest growing Christian radio stations in America. Under Brian’s leadership, PAR inspired Christian radio to band together for the “Easy Never Changed The World” Project, which has a goal of impacting 1 billion lives in 5 years. Brian is a prolific writer, and his recent book, Leadership Endurance, hit #1 on Amazon’s Christian Leadership Best Seller List and is now in its third printing. The book draws inspiration from God’s Word, as well as some of the greatest leaders of all time, including Lincoln, Grant, Churchill and Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Brian’s true heart is for leaders who feel overwhelmed and not worthy of their calling. “As a large man with a speech impediment, I’ve gone through a lot to get where I am,” Brian says. “God uses flawed people to accomplish great things.” Brian lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia with his wife, Kayla. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and has 59 hours toward a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
