Caroline Hummer holds a Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of South Florida and is an expert in the field of Communication Science. She has built her practice of helping others hone the necessary cognitive skills and habits for effective communication, not only interpersonally, but with oneself as well. As an experienced clinician, Caroline has worked with countless adults and children- as well as their caregivers- through speech-language therapy, to help them reframe their negative thoughts for a more positive mindset, inspire self-confidence, contentment, and motivation- and be the best version of themselves, despite their circumstances (diagnosis, label, injuries). She's deeply passionate about empowering others to achieve freedom from the negative effects of intrusive thoughts (and cognitive distortions) because she believes that the key to having a more positive outlook and living a happier life is recognizing your negative thinking patterns and stopping them from becoming roadblocks in your relationships and your opportunities in life.
