Catherine is a psychotherapist, writer, and speaker who has supported thousands of women to reclaim their truth, with 10+ years guiding women through healing, self-discovery and transition. She blends evidence-based psychological insight with intuitive, nature-rooted wisdom, and her work integrates mindfulness, compassion, storytelling and somatic practices across 1:1 therapy, circles, organisations, and public platforms. And a twice breast cancer survivor.
