Chad Bonham is a journalist, author and broadcast producer. He has worked in mass media for over 30 years. Chad's professional journey began at the University of Tulsa where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (1993) while working extensively in athletic media relations and serving as a sports editor for The Collegian. Since then, he has written for over 20 national publications including Relevant, CCM, Christian Retailing, Charisma, FCA Magazine, Today's Christian, Ministries Today, Breakaway, Brio, Sports Spectrum, Christian Single and Gospel Today. Chad also served as the contributing editor for New Man for three years, and a columnist for Beliefnet.com (Inspiring Athletes and Whole Notes: Inside The Christian Music Industry). He has authored, co-authored or ghost written 31 books including Faith in the Fast Lane (Judson Press), Everybody Needs A Head Coach with Mike Jarvis (Cross Training), Wrestling with God (River Oak), Glory of the Games (Cross Training), Life in the Fairway (New Leaf), Greatest Coach Ever (Regal Books), Greatest Leader Ever (Regal Books), Husker Legacy (Cross Training), 3D Coach with Jeff Duke (Regal Books), Living It Loud: The Bandimere Way (Cross Training) and FCA's Four Core Value Series: Excellence, Integrity, Serving and Teamwork (Regal Books). Chad co-authored devotionals for 2006 and 2007 editions of the FCA Athletes Bible (Serendipity House) and co-developed and authored the FCA summer camp curriculum from 2008 through 2022. He was also a primary contributor to the FCA Baseball New Testament (Biblica), the FCA Hockey New Testament (Biblica) and the FCA Wrestling New Testament (Biblica). Chad served as the coordinating producer on the documentaries "Life Happens" (Brightbulb Entertainment) and "Choosing Life" (ACLJ Films). He was the producer, director and writer of the award-winning documentary "The Battle For Brandon" (White Wolf Creative) narrated by Jennifer Garner. He was also the co-producer, co-directing, and writer of the forthcoming documentary "Before the Kick: The Brian Kinchen Story" (Ribbow Media Group). Chad and his wife Amy live in Broken Arrow, Okla., with sons Lance (September 2003), Cole (February 2008) and Quinn (February 2011). He attends Victory Christian Center in Tulsa and is an instructor in the School of Creative Arts at Victory College.
