Christopher Frank is a 27-year marketing and analytics professional with extensive experience working for some of the world’s most iconic brands. Having spent a decade at Microsoft, he drove global initiatives in customer satisfaction, public relations, brand, and communications research. He currently serves as the Vice President of research and analytics at American Express. Chris, who started his career at Accenture, regularly teaches courses on decision-making and quantitative intuition at Columbia Business School. His ability to connect insight to strategy in a coherent and actionable way has won him global recognition as a leader in his field, as well as industry awards for analyzing the purchase behavior of the swing voter consumer, developing a framework for effective branding, and building a social media PR measurement system. His first book, Drinking From the Fire Hose, which he co-authored with Paul Magnone, was published by Portfolio Penguin.
