Chuck has spent thirty years as a trusted advisor, coach, and teacher of communication, human dynamics, and leadership excellence working with leaders and their teams in high-profile companies. His work is anchored in leading-edge research, integral theory, and his expertise in conversations. Our conversations reveal our individuality, the quality of our relationships, and our work and home cultures. The methods for investigating our conversations are deceptively simple - pay attention with fresh eyes, shift negative patterns, and take action to transform ourselves, our collaborations, creativity, and decision-making. Chuck has an Architectural Degree from the Boston Architectural College and was a partner at HKT Architects in Cambridge, MA. He loved architecture, but several inspiring life events called him to change careers. Chuck was among the first to be certified by the Newfield Group, a leading transformational education organization, as a Professional Ontological Coach. He also trained in mediation and worked as a senior mediator affiliated with the Harvard Law School Mediation Program, and later associated with MIT’s Center for Organizational Learning was a consultant in organizational learning, leadership, and culture. Chuck has recently worked as an advisor and coach with leaders and teams at Google, Apple, DTE Energy, Ford Motor Company, Tesla, and Ally Financials (all Fortune 500 companies). His client list has also included the Harvard Business School, PSEG, Peabody Essex Museum, Brigham and Woman’s Hospital, General Motors, and Chrysler Motor Company. He lives in New England with his wife, Kata, an artist, and they have two sons living their creative dreams in New York City.
