Connie Martin is a dog lover and owner with more than twenty-five years of technical leadership experience navigating corporate and, you guessed it, middle management! She enjoyed a short career in the military and continued to grow through diverse technical and leadership assignments across multiple domains. Along the way she has become a gifted mentor and facilitator who has learned how to solve problems creatively. She has a passion for motivating and encouraging others to find and embrace their unique leadership style. She received her A.A. in Liberal Arts from New Mexico Military Institute, her B.S. in Computer Science from Florida State University and is currently Green Belt Certified in Six Sigma.
