DJ James has a BA in Graphic Design and a BA in Creative Writing from Oakland University in Auburn Hills, Michigan. He has wanted to be a writer since he was a young child, and has even attended Johnathan Rand's Author Quest from 2009 to 2011. He wrote fifteen unpublished books before writing and publishing his debut novel "My Dark Fairy Tale". He is also the author of the novella "Stitches". He currently resides in the Detroit area.
