Dan Mumm is a real estate agent and investor in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has consistently sold over 100 homes annually, totaling 700+ homes sold in his career. Owns 17 doors of rental properties in Las Vegas, Texas, and Florida. Dan began his real estate investing career as a result of his successful business as a Realtor, successfully helping clients buy and sell homes in Las Vegas. He has also helped many of his best clients build generational wealth through real estate investments. He has spoken on panels at North America’s most prominent real estate conferences - Mike Ferry Production Retreat and The Mike Ferry Superstar Retreat - held annually in Las Vegas featuring 2000 or the most productive agents in North America. He has also coached one-on-one every day for six months with Mike Ferry, the most influential leader in real estate. Dan started his real estate career at the ripe age of 25. Coming into the business with a baby face, Dan had ZERO experience in real estate, architecture, luxury homes, sales, and marketing. When he started in real estate, he didn’t know the difference between a curtain and a window shade! He learned things the hard way - through a lot of trial and error - mostly error. 8 years later, after personally selling over 700 homes and tripling his average sales price, Dan has learned all the ins and outs of selling luxury homes. Dan cultivates a strong belief in personal development, coaching, and training. He has had a business coach for seven years and has participated in several exclusive training sessions for business leaders, such as Darren Hardy’s Business Master Class. Dan is more than happy to speak with anyone who reaches out about real estate, whether they are local, buying their first home, or even considering investing in real estate.
