Daniel Leidl is co-founder and managing partner of Meno Consulting, a boutique firm and idea shop focused on team and leadership development. He became passionate about sport as a metaphor for life and achievement as an athlete, having played and coached lacrosse at levels ranging from the NCAA to professionally. He has represented the country of his heritage, Ireland, in multiple international competitions, and remains actively involved. With a PhD in sport psychology, Leidl draws on sport to explore motivation, team dynamics and leadership, and is fascinated with how best practices in business and athletics can help teams and leaders succeed.
