I am a singer songwriter, who loves the outdoors, and I have a passion for helping people move forward in life. In my book “Throw a Rock in a Lake” I have shared the major coping strategies that I have been sharing with people over the years. My aim is to help people move forward in life and to be able to get through tough situations in life. I enjoy working with couples, and I have a lot of good helpful information in my book for people in relationships. My album “Valley” will be out probably sometime next year. Music is a big part of my life. The strategies I share in my book can truly help a person to manage their life a lot better, and to navigate socially a lot more smoothly. I hope you will read the entire book because everything in it is of import. As with any piece of writing or guidance, it will not do us any good unless we implement what we are learning.
