Eglis Gainza Moreno is a renowned international coach, consultant, and speaker with a solid academic background and over 15 years of experience in personal and business development. He holds a degree in Social Communication from the University of Havana and a Master’s in Marketing Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Quito. Additionally, he has a specialization in online training and is a certified professional facilitator accredited by the University of Vidroop and the European School of Trainers. His experience as an ontological coach is certified by the Center for Business Training of Ecuador (CEFE), and he is the founder of Latin American and Caribbean Coaching. He is also a Licensed Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming, accredited by PNL Esfera from the Betlatam business group. Currently, Eglis is a professor at the Coaching School in New York and has provided consulting services to various companies, institutes, universities, and media outlets in countries such as Cuba, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, and the United States. His career includes advising leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives, with a particular focus on strengthening leadership skills, effective communication, and resilience. He is the author of works such as "Cuba en tinieblas. Rompiendo maldiciones para una nación bendecida" ("Cuba in Darkness: Breaking Curses for a Blessed Nation"), "Comunica Bien" ("Communicate Well"), and "Las Habilidades Blandas de un líder resiliente" ("The Soft Skills of a Resilient Leader"), which reflect his commitment to personal and professional growth. Eglis also organizes academic events and international conferences and provides resources and services to support the Cuban community within and outside of Cuba.
