A 26 year old Accidental Author. Even though I was born in a small town, I was still a child with boundless imagination. My bedroom walls weren't adorned with posters of pop stars, but with things I had written out that I’ve heard throughout my life. Early on I discovered the magical feeling of telling my stories through music. I’m an award-winning artist under the name “TheKing” and then transitioned into “FSG Rell” where my vibrant melodies graced arenas and radios worldwide. I’ve released 11 albums and EP’s. My first hit was “Checklist” then as I matured as a person and artist my next hits include “BTG”, “Fed Up”, “Gucci Prada Fendi”, “Natalie Knight”, “2 Different”, “Kehlani”, “Win”, “Soul Food”, “Kash Doll” and “State of Mind”. In my 6 years of doing music professionally I’ve worked with household names such as K-Shine, SG Tip, DJ Amir, Leaf Ward, DJ Thoro, Mec, DJ Jiddy, Richie Wess, and Ahna Mac. I also have Interviews on Saycheese, DJ Smallz Eyes, Off the Porch, Doggie Diamonds TV, and an interview with Kalisha Perera. I also earned co-signs or opened up for Neek Bucks, OhGeesy, G1000, and Jay Critch to name a few. I’ve amassed over 2 million views collectively on all platforms. At my peak I landed a meeting with Atlantic Records then parlayed that into a distribution deal with Bentley Records. As I hit my personal peak as a musician and lyricist. In the midst of winning awards for my songs and albums, that’s when I walked away from it all so I could get to the core of what I love the most. The art of storytelling and the art of being able to transfer knowledge. Now, with a passion for storytelling, under the name Ghazi Farrad, I’ve penned 26 books, each a testament to their unwavering commitment to social betterment as well as fictional novels. Through my writing, I explore themes of resilience, empathy, social justice, challenges as well as keeping things interesting through my past experiences. Aiming to spark dialogue and foster positive change within the community. My life’s mission is clear: to leverage the power of storytelling to illuminate societal issues and inspire meaningful action. Every book is a step towards a more informed, compassionate, and empowered world. With plans of 24 more books to release in two years, I’m shifting my focus to more fiction novels which will still aim to teach throughout the entertainment and growth of my new characters. My first year being a self published author was amazing learning the systems, my writing style and learning my writing range. I have a title with over 150,000 words on “48 weeks” which is a high-stakes tale that follows a group of ambitious individuals as they navigate the treacherous world of illegal gambling, where fortunes are won and lost in a blink of an eye. Then I have a title “How to Lose Weight Without Working Out in Under 60 Days” which is a short book detailing my weight loss journey in hopes that my experience with weight loss can help individuals who are struggling with their weight. Lastly, my title “Art Of War In The Eyes of A Snake” is a book about revenge, seeking control of your life and what to do when your heart gets broken not only by love but by foul play. Most of my books are on Audible as well, I will continue to get all of the audiobooks finished as I chase the best talent. I hope you enjoy this journey with me just as much as we enjoyed my music journey together. I feel this journey will be even better!
