After enjoying a fulfilling 22 years in the United States Air Force, I retired as an officer in 1990. During my career I enjoyed both 11 years enlisted service, received my commission through Officer Training School and spent another 11 years as an officer. After retiring from the Air Force I spent several years in the IT industry as a manager and technical support specialist. The last several years have been devoted to being the caregiver for my wife of 49 years who, sadly, passed from Alzheimer’s. We have been blessed with two married daughters and four grandchildren. The creation of The Seven Planes of Kalamar – Battle for The Third Plane was a work of fantasy coming to life. A learning process as I moved along taking bits and pieces and molding them into my fantasy series.
