I'm Isaac Middleton, though you might know me as 8010az or Da Fire Hawk (yeah, there's a story there). After some heart-to-heart chats with friends, I found myself diving into a topic I'm passionate about: fitness and weight loss. Not the "lose 20 pounds in 2 days" nonsense, but real, sustainable changes that actually work. That passion turned into my first book, "Your Weight Loss Journey," which you can now find as an ebook and audiobook. While I've written more since then, there's something special about that first creation—like a firstborn child, if you will. But here's the thing: I'm not just the fitness guy.
