Isabelle Vladoiu is an international human rights specialist and the founder of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights. For more than a decade she has been diligently engaged in NGO diplomacy and human rights education, expanding her valuable expertise to inspiring individuals and notable policymakers, government officials, and leaders of renowned international organizations. To date, her hard work and talent have enabled her to mentor over 15,000 people. Isabelle Vladoiu is an exemplary leader who has earned the recognition of two of America's Presidents. In 2018, she was recognized by former President Trump with the President's Volunteer Service Award and in 2022 she received a Lifetime Achievement Award from President Biden. In addition to these prestigious presidential recognitions, Ms. Vladoiu also has been deeply appreciated and honored with letters of appreciation from governors, U.S. Senators and Representatives, local legislators and various non-governmental organizations for her unwavering dedication to serving her community. She has earned a Master of Laws with honors from the University of Buffalo School of Law after studying both in Europe and the United States, and she is currently pursuing her doctorate in Global Security at American Military University.
