Izzy is passionate about empowering businesses through AI, but her true superpower lies in fostering meaningful relationships along the way. A fierce advocate for women in tech, Izzy leads Microsoft’s Women Chapter in Poland and co-founded the emPower Women program, creating spaces where women can thrive, lead, and support one another. Izzy makes her home in the town of Józefów, just outside Warsaw, with her husband, son, their energetic jack russell terrier, Blue, and their cat, Gata. When she’s not leading in tech, you’ll find her on the basketball court with her women’s city league team (Basket Girls), exploring the underwater world through scuba diving, or soaking up the serenity of the Polish seaside coast, where she loves to collect amber.
