J. W. Hodge loves committing murder on paper very therapeutic. She grew up playing in her grandmother's mortuary so she might be more comfortable with death than most. When she's not researching and writing about different ways to create a murder she helps her husband clean and repair their many apartments. She's a member of Sisters in Crime and Mystery Writers of America and two critique groups.When she's not busy writing or cleaning she rescues dogs, feral cats and is currently battling a flock of wild turkeys who are determined to rule her hillside.
