Jacob Pawelczyk is a passionate advocate for professional development and career preparation among college students. With a contagious enthusiasm for helping others reach their full potential, Jacob has dedicated himself to mentoring and guiding the next generation of leaders. Since graduating in 2017, Jacob has served as an advisor for Pi Sigma Epsilon Fraternity, where he has held both national and local leadership positions. His commitment to fostering growth and success extends beyond this role, as he was also an active leader in the Ohio Iota Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon and multiple other organizations during his time at his alma mater, The University of Toledo. A proud Rocket, Jacob earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Toledo, where he concentrated in Sales, Marketing, and Information Systems. His pursuit of knowledge and personal growth later led him to pursue a Master of Business Administration from The University of Florida. Throughout his professional career, Jacob has gained extensive experience in sales, negotiations, marketing, and leadership, honing his skills and expertise in these areas. When he's not busy inspiring and mentoring students, Jacob can be found exploring the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee, where he currently resides with his lovely wife, Maria, and their goldendoodle, Buddy. Together, they enjoy discovering new restaurants, attending live music events, and exploring all that Middle Tennessee and the world have to offer. With his infectious enthusiasm and genuine desire to make a difference, Jacob Pawelczyk is a true champion for student success and a guiding light for countless young professionals.
