As a leader, Janice has never believed in masks. She is the same person in the office as she is with friends and family. Born and educated in Scotland, she ventured into the hustle and bustle of London, weaving her career path in corporate marketing across Europe. She specialized in sales, marketing, and consumer products, and she rose up the corporate ladder. In 1999, with the excitement of a new adventure in her daughters’ eyes and the unyielding support of her husband, Janice and her tight-knit family stepped onto the shores of a new continent. As her family navigated the unfamiliar terrains together, she continued up the ladder from Global Vice President to Chief Marketing Officer, President, Founder, and Board Member of companies ranging from mid-size hyper-growth phenomena to billion-dollar behemoths. She has driven global product, brand, sales and marketing strategies, and navigated the holistic responsibilities of Founder and Board Member. Her responsibilities have spanned 80+ global markets and over 450 staff. Janice speaks several languages and enjoys working across many cultures, striving in every one of her roles to be a servant to the people she leads.
