I am an only child, born and raised in Louisiana. My family is in the shrimp business, so we all work together. I was not always a reader, but I was introduced to my first zombie book somewhere in my forties. I was already a fanatic about zombies and all things horror. Once I got a taste of reading, I went crazy. I have read many apocalyptic stories and look forward to the next one. I was commenting on a famous author’s page a few years back, and another author contacted me. I was at the hospital taking chemo at the time and had plenty of time to spare. We talked and messaged for a long while, and he encouraged me to join a group. Once I did, my whole world opened up to a brand-new adventure. I could see and talk to other authors regularly and made many great friends, even some putting me in their books or asking me to beta read for them. after a while, I finally got the courage to write this book myself, and here I am today – my first book of what I hope to be many. I truly hope I can touch your world of reading and stoke a fire within you to relate to my books. Happy reading!
