She is also the creator of PowerHouse Hit the Deck—the ultimate tool for combating stress and increasing fitness. Jenny serves on many advisory boards, writes as a blogger for The Huffington Post, and was NBC KARE 11’s Health & Fitness expert for over four years. She has been featured on National Public Radio and Lifehacker.com as well as in Shape, Elle, Women’s Health, Redbook, and Woman’s World. Jenny has a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in psychology from the University of Minnesota and has been an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for close to twenty years. She lives with her wife and daughter in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In her spare time, she’s a competitive athlete and a yoga addict. She races duathlons and performs aerial arts on her backyard trapeze rig. She also loves to travel off the beaten path around the world.
