Jo Usmar is an author, editor, ghostwriter and journalist with over 10 years' experience working for some of the biggest names in UK publishing. With nine books of her own under her belt and three for other people, her work has reached audiences all over the world, covering subjects as diverse as mental health, relationships and travel.
