Former Ambassador; current Master Trainer, Professional Coach, Change Practitioner, Senior HR Professional, Leadership Development Specialist, Cancer Survivor, Favourite Aunt, Devoted Wife, and Author. Those are some of the roles that I hold in life. I've been blessed with a career that I absolutely love and which enables me to positively impact lives. My leadership journey is chronicled in Championing Women Leaders (Janjuha-Jivraj, S. and Chisholm, K. 2015) as one of twenty-seven case studies of outstanding women leaders in the Commonwealth. I derive my greatest joy from helping others to realize their full potential. For the past twenty-plus years, I've been able to achieve this as a lecturer and facilitator with the Cave Hill School of Business, University of the West Indies (UWI). I am particularly fond of executive development programming where the focus is on learning that can be immediately applied to improve individual and organisational performance. I complement my work in the classroom with executive and performance coaching, organisational development work, change management, speaking engagements and blog and social media posts. My consulting practice spans both the public and private sector, and clients include international development agencies, governmental agencies in the Caribbean, and small and medium commercial enterprises.
