Joe Arrigo has been a Recruiter since 2018. He started with a global talent agency servicing clients in the IT space. Since then, he has recruited in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and public accounting. Joe did not choose the field of Recruiting - he was summoned to it. Previous to writing Talented, Joe Arrigo wrote Marble and Sculptor: Perspectives on Personality, after he discovered MBTI in 2018. Personality type ruined his life in the best possible way. He saw the world in a completely different way. MBTI had such a profound effect on his life and it's trajectory that he felt compelled to write and create content on the subject. His favorite topics of discussion are: philosophy, economics, business, Bitcoin, books, music, and conspiracy theories. Joe Arrigo is prominent on LinkedIn where he posts about recruiting, talent, hiring, and the overall job market.
