Together, VFG specializes in providing truly comprehensive retirement services and fee-only wealth management to individuals and families at or near retirement, throughout the United States. John earned his MBA with an emphasis in finance, as well as undergraduate degrees in both physical and social sciences from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. An Accredited Investment Fiduciary, John also holds the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, a post-graduate degree combining advanced studies in estate and charitable planning. John and his wife, Diane, a professional life coach, and managing partner of VanWeelden Financial Group, are a dynamic duo in both business and personal endeavors. Together for over 35 years and now empty nesters, they work hard and play hard.
