Josie Thomson is an acclaimed international speaker, multi-award winning executive coach, author, and resilience and mindset expert. Josie is passionate about unleashing the full force of human potential, unblocking deceptive beliefs and narratives to achieve greater meaning and fulfillment, and creating more sustainable ways of living, working, relating and being. Josie's teachings are a catalyst for supporting others to achieve momentum, action, measurable results and self-mastery. An avid learner, Josie has completed masters studies in the Neuroscience of Leadership through the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). She is also a former VP for the International Coach Federation, and the North Brisbane Chamber of Commerce. A well sought after speaker, Josie has shared the stage with top motivational speakers on the global speaking circuit. She has appeared on radio and talkback shows and been featured in international and national magazines and newspapers. A true storyteller with a passion for living a life of 'no regrets', she shares her personal stories authentically from the heart, weaving them with her deep understanding of the brain to provide those true 'aha!' moments that motivate and inspire. An expert in her field, Josie is one of the few internationally certified master coaches in Australia (MCC). She has been awarded Coach of the Year for three consecutive years and was a Telstra Business Woman of the Year State Finalist. Josie specialises in partnering with successful individuals to leverage skills and abilities toward exceptional outcomes in business, leadership and relationships. She has coached hundreds of executives and leaders to achieve massive personal and business breakthroughs. Josie knows a thing or two about resilience. As a two-time cancer survivor, she is living proof that: more than education, more than experience, more than training, more than any one single factor, RESILIENCE determines who succeeds and who fails. Having survived cancer twice, most recently a brain tumour, Josie is devoted to sharing the learnings from her experiences for the improvement in the lives of others. She supports people in overcoming their fears and stressors, encouraging them to connect with life and powerfully express their true and authentic selves.
